Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Espe

This workshop intends to recalibrate and nourish the nervous system. We will start our journey with Yoga Nidra and continue to relax with a sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, wind chines, and ocean drums. We will end with a sharing circle.

Group Breathwork with Jennifer
Friday, March 28th at 7:00PM
This is a practice that uses active, conscious, connected breathing to music to help connect with your body, mind and soul. This class will help to expand the capacity of the lungs, releasing tension in the muscles involved in breathing and can reduce stress, anxiety and increase energy. This class is for anyone who wants to breathe better, release stress and increase their capacity of breath.
